While I was strolling around documenting the streets of New Orleans Roberto Luti called me and prepared me to the possibility to film some live music with Johnny Sansone if the right vibe surfaced. When Roberto first moved to Nola in his 20’s Johnny was one on of the first who connected and brought Roberto on the road with him playing bass.

I stayed ready to receive another call from Roberto. If Johnny was feeling cool with filming I was ready to rush to his place and shoot. A few minutes later I was on a drive towards them and ready to film with what I had in my bag. Once I got there everything happened spontaneously and I hold my breath for a pretty long time to shoot everything that was going on.
